Effective and interesting

“Not just effective and interesting, during this course I had a lot of fun.
Not an easy art with strange stances and movements, but if somebody want to try something new (but classic) the Six Monkey Martial Arts is the best choice. Thank you for the hard work of the Sifu and the team of the S.M.M.A.!”

His dedication to physical fitness enabled him to combine the speed, power, and endurance of an athlete with that of a bodybuilder’s musculature. He could also do finger-and thumbs press ups like no other as well as inflate his lats similar to how cobra does it! Not only this but he has wowed us all by leaping 8ft in midair just for one single kick which demolished lightbulbs among others feats showcasing his remarkable abilities too -all wrapped up in what is famously known today as ‘the 1inch punch’.
The ancient art of kung-fu is believed to stem from a deep understanding and connection with the elements. It utilizes five forces—earth, water, metal, wood & fire—which are represented by snake style movements for earth; crane form maneuvers for water; dragon postures indicating metal; leopard strikes symbolizing wood and tiger stances embodying fire.
